How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Determinedapplications Garage Doors should get a fair and honest experience. If you did not, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How we used your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider. Keep written notes.
Then tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest. Providers who often fall short may be removed. Determinedapplications Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@determinedapplications.skin. Please include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What went wrong and what result you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm we got your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter. That may mean contacting the provider. We will reply with what we found and any action we take.
Not Happy With Our Answer?
Reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help.
